ChatAnalytica is for people aged 18 and over. When you sign in we ask for your age; under 18 the chat cannot be used. If you type it wrong, write to contacto@chatanalytica.com.
Free closed beta
Google sign-in, no card and no charges. Daily and weekly usage limits per person. We may pause the service or the AI at any time, and close accounts that abuse the service or try to extract data.
What it is and is not
Information and analysis from sourced, dated data. It is not financial advice or an investment recommendation; it is not tailored to your situation; figures may be delayed or stale and are shown with their time. You decide, on your own responsibility. We do not execute orders or hold money or keys. If you use your portfolio or profile in the desk, they are stored only in your browser: they travel with the question that needs them, including to the AI provider that answers it, and are not stored on our server (see /privacidad).
ChatAnalytica, the general chat
ChatAnalytica is the general chat that opens when you sign in: it answers questions on any topic (writing, explaining, history, science, health, code, travel, cooking, figures, money or websites) in a visual format, with headlines, data, tables, steps and sources. It searches the web and, depending on the question, looks into Finance (market data from our vault) and Design (website design). Answers are made by an AI, with a visible notice: it can make mistakes, so check what matters. Every figure comes from one of our Vaults or from a cited source with its link and date; if there is no source, it says so. It has three modes, Light, Medium and Ultra: with a free account you get Light and Medium; Ultra, with Pro or in the Finance beta. There is a daily limit and a weekly limit, shown as a percentage; free use also has a shared daily cap and, if it is reached, Light carries on that day. On money and investing it gives general information, not advice: it does not tell you what to buy or sell and is not tailored to your portfolio, your money, your age or your goals. Finance vault data is for people in its beta; everyone else gets answers from public sources and the option to join the waiting list. On health, law and similar topics it gives general information, not professional advice; in an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number. "Create with Design" opens Design Vault, under its own terms ("Design Vault: websites and dashboards", below). You may use the answers as you wish, and you are responsible for what you do with them. It may not be used for anything illegal; to deceive or to impersonate another person, company or authority; to harass or spread hate; for explicit sexual content; to make weapons or harmful software; or to get around the limits or extract data from the service. We may limit or close accounts that do so. It is only for people aged 18 and over.
Third-party data
CoinGecko data is displayed under its API licence and may not be copied, extracted or redistributed (clause 7.1 of its API terms), always with the attribution “Powered by CoinGecko API”. Stock prices may be delayed and are dated, with no accuracy guarantee. Attributions required by data licences are retained; beta access does not grant redistribution rights.
Design Vault: websites and dashboards
Design Vault makes websites and dashboards with AI from what you describe. On the free plan you see three options for the home page, kept for 7 days; with Pro, the whole website or dashboard, changes and the download. What you create is yours: you can use, change and publish it wherever you like, and you are responsible for what you publish. The texts, images and data you upload must be yours or ones you have the right to use, and other people’s data only with their permission. It may not be used to deceive or to impersonate another company, brand, authority or person; to ask for passwords, card details, bank accounts or identity documents; for anything illegal, hateful or sexual; or to promise returns, cures or money. It does not make up customer reviews, awards or figures you have not given it: before publishing your website, check that everything it says is true. The preview opens isolated from your account and expires after 2 hours; ChatAnalytica does not publish your website on its domain. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.
Files in the Chat
You can upload PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx and .xls), CSV, text and image files to the Chat, up to 20 MB each and five per message. Only upload files that are yours or that you have the right to use; if they contain other people's data, you must have a legitimate reason to process it and you are responsible for it. Do not upload illegal content or files designed to attack the service. We read the content and never run macros or code; whatever a file tells an AI is not an instruction for the Chat. Calculations are done by our code over the whole file, but the result depends on what the file contains: check anything important before using it. What we give back to you is yours. Even if you upload your portfolio, we do not tell you what to buy or sell. Files are deleted after 30 days (see /privacidad).
Liability
The service is provided “as is” during the beta; we do not warrant accuracy, availability or continuity. Nothing above limits the rights the law grants to consumers.
